Andrei Valeryevich Arlovski was born on January 28 1981 in Minsk, Belarus. He is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and has also competed for Strikeforce, EliteXC, ONE FC and World Series of Fighting.
Arlovski is married to Christina and has two daughters with her: Zara (born 2007) and Nika (born 2009). He is friends with former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva who grew up in the same neighborhood as him in Minsk before moving away when they were teenagers.[1]

He made his debut on February 11, 2005 with an impressive first round TKO victory over Jason Heffron at KOTC 2: Proof Is In The Pudding (2).
